This section describes Delete Application method of Arcserve.

18.6.1.5. Delete Application of Arcserve license (Partial Termination)¶
Click the “Delete” button.
Note
You can order delete application only when the order status is “Active”. If you would like to delete your application other than “Active” status, please inquire via the ticket system.
Next, “Select Delete Plan” screen will be displayed.
Check the plan which you would like to delete and click on “Confirm”.
If you would like to cancel your application, please click “Cancel”.
Next, confirm your application contents on the “Delete” screen and click “Submit”.
If there is any incorrectness in your order, please click “Back”. “Select Delete Plan” screen will be displayed again.
Next, on the “Completed” screen, confirm your application is completed and click “Main Menu”.
On the main menu screen, ”Delete Date” will be displayed and the status of your application will be “Deleted”.
And we will send “Delete Application Receipt Mail” to the “E-mail address” you registered, so please confirm its contents.
Note
The termination procedure of license key is reflected soon.
Please note that after the termination procedure is completed, you cannot add application in your existing plan.
You cannot terminate part of the virtual server license, when the “Usage Plan” is “Hypervisor Platform”.

18.6.1.6. Delete Application of Arcserve license (Total Termination)¶
Click the “Delete” button.
Note
You can order delete application only when the order status is “Active”.
If you would like to delete your application other than “Active” status, please inquire via the ticket system.
You cannot order delete application before the “Application Date”.
Next, “Select Delete Plan” screen will be displayed.
Check all plans which you would like to delete and click on “Confirm”.
If you want to cancel abolition application, please click “Cancel”.
Next, confirm your application contents on the “Delete” screen and click “Submit”.
If there is any incorrectness in your order, please click “Back”. “Select Delete Plan” screen will be displayed again.
Next, on the “Completed” screen, confirm your application is completed and click “Main Menu”.
On the main menu screen, the date of delete application will be displayed and the status of your application will be “Deleted”.
And we will send “Delete Application Receipt Mail” to the “E-mail address” you registered, so please confirm its contents.
Note
The termination procedure of Arcserve order ID and license key are reflected soon.
Please note that if your Arcserve order ID is terminated by totally termination, you cannot contact to Arcserve’s software support desk by using terminated Arcserve order ID.
Please note that after the termination procedure is completed, you cannot add application in your existing plan.
