Please refer to Contract List for transition method to Subscription Order screen.
1.In the list of current usage status in this menu, select the subscription information of the subscription plan that Customers want to terminate, and
click the “Request Termination” button. Customers will transit to the Selection of Plans to Terminate screen.
*Only subscriptions with their Status column in the List being In Service” can be terminated.
2.Input the following information on Selection of Plans to Terminate screen.
2-1) Input the mail address of Customersr responsible person for the subscription to the Mail Address field.
2-1) Input the mail address of Customersr responsible person for the order onto the Mail Address field.
2-3) Click the “Select File” button to upload the Setting file.
2-4) Select plans to terminate.
2-5). Click “To Confirmation screen” to transit to the Confirmation screen.
3.After checking the termination details on the Termination Request screen, click the “Request” button. Customers will transit to the Order Completion screen.
4.Please check that a mail is sent to the address Customers input on the screen, notifying that the request is accepted.
5.Please change Customersr DNS setting (CNAME) before the requested termination date.
Note
The setting of this menu will be removed on the requested termination date. If Customersr DNS setting is not changed by then, Customersr communication may stop.

While in use: www.example.com. 300 IN CNAME www.example.com.akadns.net.
Execute before the requested termination date: www.example.com. 300 IN A 192.168.1.1
6.Please check that, when the termination work is completed, a mail is sent to the address Customers input on the screen, notifying that the termination is completed.
