dpm stack check

Command Overview

Check the internal resources of the specified stack to confirm whether their status are correct or not.
(Will not make any change or process to the internal resources)

For example, we assume there is a stack which includes a resource ECL::Compute::Server(Instance). As this stack is created successfully, Running is expected as the state of the instance.
However, if we checked a stack with a stopped instance (or some other status except running), stack check will return check_failed as a result.
