Service Menu¶
Menu¶
There are two types of menu plan for Internet Connectivity: Best Effort & Guaranteed Bandwidth.
Customers can select the plan depending on the combination of type as well as needed bandwidth.
Besteffort plan
Specified bandwidth will be set as the maximum value of the transmission speed.
Maximum speed is the theoretical maximum, not guaranteed.
The communication speed may be greatly reduced depending on the congestion status of the line.
If you need a stable communication speed, please use the bandwidth reservation plan.
Guaranteed Bandwidth Plan
NTT Com provides the guaranteed transmission speed up to the designated bandwidth.
Stable throughput is expected because we have designed with enough margin to secure the bandwidth of the customer’s traffic.

Customers can subscribe global IP addresses based on the following subnet mask. The maximum number of subnet mask that Customers can subscribe per Tenant is 4.
The maximum number of subnet mask that Customers can subscribe per Tenant is 4. They cannot subscribe more than 5 subnets.
NTT Com may delete the subnet masks in case Customers have more than 4 subnet masks of global IP addresses.
When multiple Internet gateways are connected to the same logical network, communication can not be performed because the MAC addresses are duplicated.
Note
Specifications that stop working when connecting multiple Internet gateways to one Managed Firewall or Managed UTM were resolved on January 16, 2018.
