Items Need to be Prepared in Advance¶
- Customers must subscribe for Common Function Gateway in a tenant for beginning of use.Please subscribe for this first before subscribing for this menu.
Notes for Customers Prior to Use¶
This menu provides vSphere ESXi license and Baremetal Server as a set.
This menu is provided with the fixed monthly + pay-as-you-go model by time. Please note that the fixed cost portion with the pay-as-you-go portion will be charged if you terminate the menu in the middle of a month.
- Customers are required to agree with the VMware’s EULA to use this menu.External link VMware社End User Lisence Agreement(EULA)
Customer license and vSphereESXi license, which is provided by this menu, cannot be switched from either direction.
- For version upgrades on 5.5/6.0/6.5, customers must subscribe to the new vSphere ESXi server version and migrate their virtual servers and settings (Migration).
This menu does not offer support for customers’ vSphere ESXi environment design/configuration/operations.
In this menu, the monitoring menu is provided with the same features as the baremetal server menu.(Server ID will be managed by the details of the server of baremetal server ID.)
The server provided in this menu is L2-connected to the logical network to which the common function gateway belongs as the specified value. In order to use this network setting for service side management communication, always maintain connectivity while using it.
Customers will be responsible for the management of the vSphere ESXi license provided in this menu. Service Provider assumes no responsibility for damage that results from license leak.
Customers can not use the segmentation ID “3” in the network setting connected to the server provided with this menu. It is used for maintenance of this menu.
If you do the following, Service Provider will implement measures to stop the provision of services without notification.
Using the vSphere ESXi license provided in this menu for another environment or different server.
Registering the vSphere ESXi servers, which are provided in this menu, to vCenterServer operated by the customer license.
Change of various settings (virtual switch setting etc.) that this menu is executing for management (in case of not returning the setting to the original setting immediately after our company notification)
By the customer’s settings, obstruct the connection with the common function gateway (not normalizing the connection after our notification)
