17. Operation Log¶
It is possible to refer to the history of various operations of Customer Portal of Enterprise Cloud 1.0.

17.1. Referring to the Log Related to Operations of Equipment¶
*Only the portal user having the permission to refer to Enterprise Cloud 1.0 can perform this operation.

Procedure is as follows.
- Place the curson on [1] on the Manage Enterprise Cloud 1.0 screen, then click [2].
- The Equipment Operation History screen appears.
*Check the following table (information that can be referred on the screen showing the history of operations on equipment) for contents to be displayed for each item. (It is possible to display the log for a maximum of 2 days.)

g | Accepted | Indicates the acceptance status of the customer portal for jobs equipment. |
- Click [3] to export the history of operations of equipment performed by GUI and the history of operations of equipment performed by API in the CSV format. Use Unicode (UTF-8) for the character code of the CSV file.
*Check the following table (information that can be referred from the file of history of operation on equipment) for contents to be displayed for each item. (It is possible to output log files on a monthly basis by specifying the start date (3 months ago - 1 month ago).)

17.2. Referring to the Log Related to Authentication Information¶
There are 2 ways to refer to the log related to authentication information as follows:
a “The method that the portal user having the portal administrator permission refers to the log related to authentication information of all portal users”
b “The method that the portal user refers to the log related to own authentication information”
Following is the procedure of (a) “the method that the portal user having the portal administrator permission refers to the log related to authentication information of all portal users”.
*Only the portal user having the portal administrator permission can perform this operation.
Procedure is as follows.
- Place the cursor on [1] on the Manage Enterprise Cloud 1.0 screen, then click [2].
- When the Manage Portal User screen appears, click [3].
- The Authentication Information History screen appears.
*Check the following table (information that can be referred on the screen showing history of authentication information) for contents to be displayed for each item. (It is possible to display the log for a maximum of 7 days.)
