9.1.1. Referring the VPN Gateway


9.1.1.1. Referring the VPN Gateway (Overview)

Important

  • Viewing and editing functions in Customer Portal can be used in the function available Data Center. Service order form is needed to add. Please check Enterprise Cloud Service Description “Customer Portal” Chapter.

1. Click [1] on the Manage Enterprise Cloud screen.

2. The Manage VPN Gateway screen (Overview tab) appears.

9.1.1.2. Referring the VPN Gateway (Advertised Route)

Following is the procedure for referring the advertised route of VPN gateway.
1. Click [1] on the Manage VPN Gateway screen.

Following is the procedure for referring the performance of VPN gateway.

9.1.2. Editing the VPN Gateway


9.1.2.1. Changing the Band Plan

Following is the procedure for changing the band plan for VPN gateway.
1. Select the band plan on the Manage VPN Gateway screen (Overview tab) and then click [1]. Confirm that the band plan is changed.

9.1.2.2. Editing the Advertised Route

Following is the procedure for editing the advertised route.
1. Click [1] on the Manage VPN Gateway screen (Overview tab).

2. Click [1] on the Manage VPN Gateway screen (Routing tab).

3. The Edit VPN Gateway Public Gateway screen appears. Edit necessary items and then click [3].
* Click [4] to add the advertised route.
* Click [5] to delete the advertised route.
* Refer to the following table (input rules applied on the Edit VPN Gateway Advertised Route screen) for input rules applied for each item.

Put a check mark on the check box when executing the forced route advertisement for each advertised route.
* We do not recommend redundantly advertising the route, which has been already used, at the VPN side because there are problems including instable communication; therefore customers need to forcibly advertise the overlapped route at customer’s own risk. When forcibly advertising the overlapped route, a check mark needs to be put on the check box for forcibly executing advertisement of route.

9.1.3. Issuing Ping

Following is the procedure for issuing Ping from this VPN gateway.
1. Click [1] on the Manage VPN Gateway screen (Overview tab).

2. The Manage VPN Gateway screen (Ping tab) appears. Click [2] after inputting the IP address for destination of Ping.
* Refer to the following table (input rule applied on the IP address of destination of Ping) for input rules applied on IP address of destination of Ping.
