7.1. Using Private Catalog


7.1.1. Referring the Private Catalog

Following is the procedure for referring the private catalog.
1. Place the cursor at [1] on the Manage Enterprise Cloud screen and then click [2].

2. The Manage Catalog (Private Catalog tab) screen appears.
Refer to the following table (information that can be referred with the Private Catalog tab) for contents to be displayed for each item.

b API Object ID of this private catalog
c Information of template being processed
d Identification name of the template stored in this private catalog
e Disk capacity of the template stored in this private catalog

7.1.2. Adding the Private Catalog

Following is the procedure for adding the private catalog.
* Only one private catalog can be added.
1. Place the cursor at [1] on the Manage Enterprise Cloud screen and click [2].

2. The Add Private Catalog screen appears. After inputting the necessary parameters, click [3].
* Please note that the billing amount will be changed.

  Input field Input contents Mandatory/ Optional Input condition
a Text box/ slide box These items can be used for inputting or specifying the storage capacity (GB) subscribed as the computing resource pool. Mandatory Only half-width digits can be input. However, the decimal point cannot be input. Subscription unit is 1 (GB) and 10 to 4000 (GB) can be selected for capacity.

3. Confirm that private catalog is added. Click [4].

4. The Manage Tasks screen appears. Confirm that the status of the task of private catalog is “Completed” and then click [5] to complete.

5. Click [6] to check the further detailed information of the task.

7.1.3. Editing the Private Catalog

Following is the procedure for editing the storage capacity of the private catalog.
1. Open the Manage Catalog screen (Private Catalog tab), input necessary parameters and click [1].
* The capacity below the capacity currently used by the template cannot be set.

a Text box/ slide box These items can be used for inputting or specifying the storage capacity used as the private catalog. Optional Only half-width digits can be input. However, the decimal point cannot be input. Setting unit is 10 (GB) and 10 to 4000 (GB) can be selected for capacity.

2. Confirm that private catalog is edited. Click [2].

3. The Manage Tasks screen appears. Confirm that the status of the task of private catalog is “Completed” and then click [3] to complete.

4. Click [4] to check the further detailed information of the task.

7.1.4. Deleting the Private Catalog

Following is the procedure for deleting the private catalog.
* If a template remains on the private catalog, catalog cannot be deleted. Refer to 7.2.4.Deleting Template.
1. Open the Manage Catalog screen (Private Catalog tab) and click [1].

2. The Warning screen appears. Check the warning and then click [2].

3. Confirm that private catalog is deleted. Click [3].

4. The Manage Tasks screen appears. Confirm that the status of the task of private catalog is “Completed” and then click [4] to complete.
