16.5. Managing authorities regarding ticket¶
16.5.1. What is the ticket portal administrator authority?¶
The ticket portal administrator authority is one of attributes of the portal user and this is the authority for performing operations related to the ticket permission group.
The portal user having the ticket portal administrator authority can add, edit and delete the ticket permission group. It is also possible to grant the ticket portal administrator authority to other portal user or delete ticket portal administrator authority.
16.5.2. Granting the ticketing portal administrator authority to a portal user¶
Following is the method for granting the ticket portal authority to the portal user.
* This operation needs to be performed by the portal user having the portal administrator authority.
* We recommend the portal user having the ticket administrator authority granting the portal administrator authority at the same time. For how to grant the portal administrator authority, refer to ‘14.1.3 Editing the portal user‘.
1. Place the cursor on [1] on the Manage Enterprise Cloud screen and then click [2].
2. Select the portal user to whom the ticket portal administrator authority is granted.
(Click [3] because the portal user to which authority is granted this time is [ExampleA].)
3. Detailed information of the portal user to whom authority is granted. Click [4].
* Note that you may need to wait for approximately 15 minutes until this operation becomes available if a new portal user is added.
4. The Manage Portal Users screen appears. After selecting the authority to be granted, click [4] and then click [5].

16.5.3. Deleting the ticketing portal administrator authority granted to a portal user¶
Following is the method for deleting the ticketing portal administrator authority granted to the portal user.
* This operation needs to be performed by the portal user having the portal administrator authority.
1. Place the cursor on [1] on the Manage Enterprise Cloud screen and then click [2].
2. Select the portal user whose ticket portal administrator authority will be deleted.
(Because the portal user whose ticket portal administrator authority is deeted is [ExampleA], click [3].)
3. Details of the portal user whose authority will be deleted appears. Click [4].
4. The Edit Portal Users screen appears. Select the authority to delete, and then click [4] and [5].
