16.4. Managing the ticket permission group¶
16.4.1. What is ticket permission group?¶
The ticket permission group is the group that 1 or more portal users can belong and thicket permission is granted for each contracted data center.
It is possible to set ticket permission (authorities for viewing and editing tickets) for each data centerby ticket persimission group.
Portal users who belong to the ticket permission group can perform portal operations related to theticket within the range of authority granted to the ticket permission group.
* The group called “Automatic Group - Full Ticketing Permission” is registered for theticket permission group as default. This group is the group to which the ticket permission is granted to all contracted data centers.
16.4.2. Referencing to the ticket permission group¶
Following is the procedure for referencing the ticket permission group.
* This operation needs to be performed by the portal user having the portal administrator authority.
1. Place the cursor on [1] on the Manage Enterprise Cloud screen and then click [2].
2. The Manage Ticket Persimmion Groups screen appears. Click the ticket persmission group to be referenced.
(Click [3] because the ticketing permission group to be referenced is [test group].)
3. Confirm that information of the ticket permission group to be referenced.
16.4.3. Adding a ticket permission group¶
Following is the procedure for adding the ticket permission group.
* This operation needs to be performed by the portal user having the portal administrator authority.
1. Place the cursor on [1] on the Manage Enterprise Cloud screen and then click [2].
2. The Manage Ticket Persimmion Groups screen appears. Click the ticket persmission group to be referenced.
3. After inputting necessary parameters for the ticket permission group, click [4].
* Input rules on the Add Ticketing Permission Group screen.

16.4.4. Editing the ticketing permission group¶
* This operation needs to be performed by the portal user having the portal administrator authority.
* “Identification name” and “Description” in “Automatic Group- Full Ticketing Permissions” cannot be edited.
1. Place the cursor on [1] on the Manage Enterprise Cloud screen and then click [2].
2. The Manage Ticket Permission Group screen appears. Click the ticket permission group name.
(Click [3] because the ticketing permission group to be edited this time is [test group].)
3. Detailed information of the ticketing permission group to be edited appears. Click [4].
4. The Edit Ticketing Permission Group screen for the ticketing permission group to be edited appears. After inputting the necessary paramters, click [5].

5. It is possible to edit the ticketing permission for each data center set for the ticketing permission group with the following method.
Click [6] on the Manage the Ticketing Permission Group screen for the ticketing permission group as needed.
6. Click [7] after inputting necessary paramerers.
* Input rules on the Edit Ticketing Permission screen for data center.

16.4.5. Deleting the ticket permission group¶
Following is the procedure for deleting the ticket permission group.
* This operation needs to be performed by the portal user having the portal administrator authority.
* It is possible to delete the ticket permission group even if the portal user belongs to the ticket permission group.
* “Automatic Group- Full Ticketing Permissions” cannot be deleted.
1. Place the cursor on [1] on the Manage Enterprise Cloud screen and then click [2].
2. The Manage Ticketing Permission Group screen appears. Click the ticket permission group name to be deleted.
(Click [3] because the ticketing permission group to be deleted this time is [test group].)
