14.4. Using the Static Routing


14.4.1. Referring the Static Routing

Following is the procedure for referring the static routing.
1. Click [1] on the Manage Integrated Network Appliance screen.

2. The Static Routing tab appears.
Refer to the following table (information that can be referred with the Static Routing tab) for contents to be displayed for each item.

a Default gateway of this integrated network appliance
b Global rule configured for this integrated network appliance
c Identification name of each static routing
d Destination network of each static routing
e Next hop of each static routing
f Target network of each static routing

14.4.2. Changing the Default Gateway

Following is the procedure for changing the default gateway.
1. Click [1] on the Static Routing tab.

2. Select an option from [2] and click [3].

14.4.3. Adding the Static Routing

Following is the procedure for adding the static routing.
1. Click [1] on the Static Routing tab.

2. The Add Static Routing screen appears. After inputting the necessary parameters, click [2].
* Refer to the following table (input rules applied on the Add Static Routing screen) for contents to be input on each item.

a Text box Identification name of static routing Mandatory Half-width characters (1 to 80 characters)
b Pulldown menu This item can be used for selecting the L2 network, which will be the next destination of communication to which this rule is applied. Mandatory None
c Text box This item can be used for inputting the destination L3 network, which will be applicable. Mandatory IPv4 address (decimal notation with dots) or IPv4 address subnet
d Text box This item can be used for inputting next hop. Mandatory
* Available IPs vary depending on the target network.

VPN transit: IP address of the interface connected to the VPN transit of VPN gateway

Internet transit: IP address of the interface connected to the Internet transit of Internet gateway

Server segment: IP address of the IP address block allocated to the server segment

14.4.4. Editing the Static Routing

Following is the procedure for editing the static routing.
1. Click [1] on the static routing to be edited on the Static Routing tab.

2. The Edit Static Routing screen appears. After inputting the necessary parameters, click [2].

3. Confirm that contents are reflected on the list and then click [3].

14.4.5. Deleting the Static Routing

Following is the procedure for deleting the static routing.
1. Click [1] on the static routing to be deleted on the Static Routing tab.

2. The Warning screen appears. Check the warning and then click [2].

3. Confirm that the static routing is deleted and then click [3].
