12.6. Using IP Address Groups¶
12.6.1. Reference to IP Address Group¶
This describes the procedures to find information on vFirewall IP address groups.
1. Click [1] on the Manage Virtual Firewall screen (Filter Rules tab).
2. Click [2] on the Manage Virtual Firewall screen (Addresses tab).
3. The IP address group settings will appear. Please check the below chart (information on the Addresses tab) for contents of each item.

12.6.2. Adding IP Address Groups¶
This describes the procedures in adding vFirewall address groups.
1. Click [1] on the vFirewall management group (Filter Rules tab).
2. Click [2] on the Manage Virtual Firewall screen (Addresses tab).
3. Click [3] after the existing address group settings appear.
4. The Add IP Address Group screen will appear. Click [4] after entering the required parameters.

12.6.3. Editing IP Address Group¶
This describes the procedures in editing vFirewall IP address group.
1. Click [1] on the Manage Virtual Firewall screen (Filter Rules tab).
2. Click [2] on the Manage Virtual Firewall screen (Addresses tab).
3. The existing IP address group settings will appear. Click the address group you want to edit.
(For this example click [3] to edit the address group [test_group].)
4. The editing IP address group screen will appear. Click [4] after entering the required parameters.

12.6.4. Deleting IP Address Group¶
1. Click [1] on the Manage Virtual Firewall screen (Filter Rules tab).
2. Click [2] from the Manage Virtual Firewall screen (Addresses tab).
3. Click the IP address group you want to delete.
(For this example, click [3] to delete IP address group [test group].)
* Please reboot after deleting the address group, as the IP address group cannot be delete if there is a member (IP address object) remaining in the address group.
4. A warning screen will appear. Click [4] after checking the warning screen.

5. Click [5] after checking that the IP address group has been deleted.
6. The task management screen will appear. Click [6] after checking that the task status is ‘completed’ and to finalize the procedure.
7. Click [7] to check the detailed information of the task.
