12.3.1. Reference to Static Routing

This describes the procedures to find information on vFirewall static routing.
1. Click [1] from the Manage Virtual Firewall screen (Filter Rules tab).

2. Click [2] from the Manage Virtual Firewall screen (Routes tab).

3. The static routing settings will appear. Please check the below chart (information on the Routes tab) for content on each item.

a The identifier name of this static routing
b The sending network address of this static routing
c The gateway of this static routing
d The interface that will be the sender after the applying this static routing
e The validity and invalidity of this static routing

12.3.2. Adding Static Routing

This describes the procedures in adding vFirewall static routing.
1. Click [1] from the Manage Virtual Firewall screen (Filter Rules tab).

2. Click [2] from the Manage Virtual vFirewall screen (route type).

3. Click [3] after the existing static routing setting appears.

4. Click [4] after entering the required parameters. *Please check the below chart (input rules for the Add Static Routing screen) for input rules for each item.

Item Input field Input contents Mandatory or Optional Input Conditions
a Text box Enter the identifier name for this static routing Required Up to 40 characters, however, can only enter one-byte characters
b Pull down Select the sending network address for this static routing Required Can select from registered IP address objects
c Pull down Select the gateway for this static routing Required Can select from registered IP address objects
d Pull down Select the packet output interface after applying the static routing Required Cannot route from the same input and output interface
e Check box Select the valid and invalid static routing Optional None

This describes the procedures in editing vFirewall static routing.
1. Click [1] from the Manage Virtual Firewall screen (Filter Rules tab).

This describes the procedures in deleting vFirewall static routing.
1. Click [1] from the Manage Virtual vFirewall screen (Filter Rules tab).

3. Click [3] after the existing static routing setting information appears.
