12.11.1. Logging into the vFirewall log dedicated portal¶

12.11.1.1. Acquiring the login information¶

Following is the procedure for acquiring login information for the vFirewall log dedicated portal.

1. Place the cursor at [1] on the Manage Enterprise Cloud screen and click [2].

2. Click [3] on the Documents screen.

3. Click [4] to open a file. Acquire the URL, user ID and password of the vFirewall log dedicated portal.

12.11.1.2. Log-in¶

Following is the procedure for logging in to the vFirewall log dedicated portal.

1. Input the URL of the vFirewall log dedicated portal with “11.11.1.1 Acquiring login information” in the browser [1] (*) in use.

* Following are recommended browsers when using the vFirewall log dedicated portal.

Mozilla Firefox version 39.0
Google Chrome version 43.0.2357

2. The vFirewall log dedicated portal appears. Click [2].

3. Click [3] after inputting the user ID and password for the vFirewall log dedicated portal acquired with “11.11.1.1 Acquiring login information”.

12.11.2. Changing the password for the vFirewall log dedicated portal¶

Following is the procedure for changing the password of the vFirewall filter log.

1. Click [1] from the menu.

2. After inputting necessary parameters, click [2].

12.11.3.1. Referemce to the vFirewall Filter Log¶

Following is the procedure for referring the vFirewall filter log.

1. Click [1] from the menu.

2. Click either of 2 IP addresses (In this case, click [2].)

* One IP address is used for the Active machine and the other IP address is used for the Standby machine. Check contents of the log to judge the log of either IP address.

3. The log file list appears. Clcik the file name [3] to download the log file.

4. Click [4] to display the latest log.
