10.1.1. Referring the Server Segment (Overview)

Following is the procedure for referring overview of the server segment.
1. Click [1] on the Manage Enterprise Cloud screen.

2. The Manage Server Segment (Overview tab) appears.
Refer to the following table (information that can be referred with the Overview tab) for contents to be displayed for each item.

10.1.2. Referring the Server Segment (IP Address)

Following is the procedure for referring the IP address of the server segment.
1. Click [1] on the Manage Server Segment (Overview tab).

2. The Manage Server Segment (IP Addresses tab) appears.
Refer to the following table (information that can be referred with the IP Addresses tab) for contents to be displayed for each item.

10.1.3. Adding the Server Segment

Following is the procedure for adding the server segment.

Important

  • Adding and editing functions in Customer Portal can be used in the function available Data Center. Please check Enterprise Cloud Service Description “Customer Portal” Chapter.
* Please note that IP address block existence of connection to firewall cannot be changed after adding the server segment.

1. Place the cursor at [1] on the Manage Enterprise Cloud screen and then click [2].

2. The Add Server Segment screen appears. After inputting the necessary parameters, click [3].
* Please note that the billing amount will be changed.
* Refer to the following table (input rules applied on the Add Server Segment screen) for input rules for each item.
Note that there is difference in parameters between vFirewall and Integrated Network Appliance.

Important

  • Equipment other than vFirewall/integrated network application is configured for the IP address of the default gateway of the virtual server (for example, service interconnection GW and L3 device at the collocation side via collocation connection). In this case, customer needs to set the additional static route for the routing table on the guest OS. If the additional static route is not configured, Ping monitoring, which is a standard function of Enterprise Cloud, may not be performed or OS license provided by us may not be activated. Refer to the chapter “Server segment” in the Enterprise Cloud Service Description.

3. The Warning screen appears. Check the warning and then click [4].

4. Confirm that the server segment is added. Click [5].

5. The Manage Tasks screen appears. Confirm that the status of the server segment task is “Complete” and then click [6] to complete.

6. Click [7] to check the further detailed information of the task.

10.1.4. Editing the Server Segment (Overview)

Following is the procedure for editing the basic information of the server segment.
1. Click [1] on the Manage Server Segment (Overview tab) after inputting necessary parameters.
* Refer to the following table (input rule applied on the Overview tab) for input rules applied on each item.

2. Confirm that the server segment is edited. Click [2].

3. The Manage Tasks screen appears. Confirm that the status of the server segment task is “Complete” and then click [3] to complete.

10.1.5. Editing the Server Segment (Reserved IP Address)

Following is the procedure for editing the Reserved IP address of the server segment.
1. Click [1] on the Manage Server Segment (Overview tab).

2. The Manage Server Segment (IP Addresses tab) appears. After inputting the necessary parameters, click [2].

3. Confirm that the Reserved IP address is added. Click [2] on the Manage Server Segment (Overview tab).

10.1.6. Deleting the Server Segment

Following is the procedure for deleting the server segment.
1. Click [1] on the Manage Server Segment (Overview tab).
