This Guide describes the steps to construct the Customer Portal ver. 2.0 compliant version of Enterprise Cloud

1.1. What You Need to Prepare in Advance

Before you start using Enterprise Cloud, you need to prepare what are shown below depending on the use case.

  1. Operation at the Customer Portal
  • 1. Customer's terminal

    • The Customer Portal works on a web browser. A Windows OS terminal is recommended.
    • For the Console Connection Function, the use of Mozilla Firefox45 or later is recommended.

  • An enviroment for the Internet connection

    • Prepare a terminal for connecting to the Internet from the customer's terminal.
  • Service Start Guide

    • Prepare Service Start Guide because this guide provides you with the information to log in to the Customer Portal.
2. Operation on the virtual server over the Internet (SSH, RDP, etc.)
  • An enviroment for the Internet connection
    • Prepare an environment to connect to the Internet from the customer's terminal.
  • An optional Internet connection service
    • To connect vFirewall and the Internet, apply for an optional Internet connection service.
3. Operation on the virtual server over the VPN (SSH, RDP, etc.)
  • An environment for the VPN connection
    • Prepare an environment to connect to the VPN from the customer's terminal.
    • The VPN must be NTT Com's Arcstar Universal One. Apply for the VPN separately in advance.
  • An optional VPN connection service
    • To connect vFirewall and the VPN, apply for an optional VPN connection service.
