1.12.2. How to get the information of trouble

When you could not solve your problem even if you tried to do that, you need to inquire it of Customer Service & Support which is handled by Acronis Inc.
We explain about how to tell your needed information to them.
1.Get the screen capture of error when the software is displayed the error screen.

This screen capture is necessary to solve your problem by Acronis Inc.
You need to retain it for sure.
Collect the system information of Acronis.
Boot the management console at the server which the incident has been occurred.
Select ‘Collect system information from ‘jvx500xxxx’’ from Help tab.

2.SysinfoOutput.zip which is system information file is created.
You can store at any folder.

This file is necessary to solve your problem by Acronis Inc.
You need to retain it for sure.
